Laura Lander
Prior to yachting, Laura worked at two prestigious 5* game lodges in the Sabi Sands in South Africa; Singita and Ulusaba. From there followed a 15-year career at sea, working as chief stewardess / interior manager / purser aboard superyachts such as M/Y Princess Mariana, M/Y Octopus, M/Y Tatoosh, M/Y Sunrays, M/Y Pelorus, M/Y Golden Odyssey and M/Y Ace.
Laura is also the Director of Trilogy Training, and is passionate about sharing skills she has learnt over the years with future chief stewardesses in the yachting industry. Her extensive industry knowledge positions her to assist with your unique needs.
Sarah Green
Sarah spent 5 wonderful years working on yachts mostly cruising in US waters. Four of those years were working as chief stew onboard yachts with very high service standards which she loved. After yachting she obtained her teachers degree NQ level 5 and spent 4 years teaching young students. She now combines her two passions of teaching and hospitality and coach people looking to enter the super yacht industry at Trilogy Luxury training.
Sarah specialises in Interior and Deck placements, and provides exceptional support and guidance, whether you’re looking for your next role, or crew member.
